I bet you didn't know that Bill Graham once played for the Mets. It was a different Bill Graham, of course. This Mets Bill Graham was born on January 21, 1937.
He pitched for the Mets in the 1967 season and pitched quite well. Prior to the Mets acquisition of Graham, he pitched briefly for the Tigers, pitching only two innings (that's briefly alright).
In 1967 pitching for the Mets, he had a 2.63 ERA and had a 1-2 record with three saves in twenty seven innings. Not bad at all. If any Mets fans out there remember why he was released, I would appreciate if you could send me information.
We have no quotes for Graham. We do have thousands on file but none specific to him. If you want to get thousands of Mets quotes for free, go to www.baseballquotations.com
